a talk

while talking to carrie earlier today she told me her and danielle had a talk and that danielle made it clear we must lose a shift leader. carrie is not one afraid to deal with people and will make it to wear the shift leader will quit on their own before carrie fires them. or she just fires them by writting them up many many times. in short if you need to get rid of someone she is the one to do it. i am happy about that because it means i wont have to deal with it anymore. i think i plan on giving as much responsibility to carrie as possible. the less the better. any ways i am hungry and cold so i am going to see if i can find something to eat or probably just go get something. bye for now.
