pulled over

i was pulled over last night by a cop over my headlamp last night. after what took forever sitting there the other cop that was with him finally came back and handed us are licenses. lance didnt have his and so he just had to give all his vital information. the were nice enough not to cite me for it and told me to just get it replaced. lance was weirding out saying it they take me away go to his house and let his mom know. he had been drinking a little and he kept saying they were going to take him away because he is underage. me and anthony kept telling him to calm down. in the long ass process of whatever they do when they are looking up your info a shively cop stops also to see what is going on. what is it with cops and having to stop every time they see another cop with their lights on? do they really have nothing better to do than be llike oh he just stopped someone lets get over there quick. oh well no ticket no harm.
