checkpoint

i am home for the third time tonight since leaving work. when i left i set the alarm went home and picked up my sister and cousin and we went to taco bell for food. as soon as we get home and eat i go dwonstairs and get on the internet and i receive a call from an unknown number. i go ahead and answer it because i was thinking it was kinda weird to receive a call at almost 3 in the morning from an unknown. when i answer it is checkpoint. the first thing that goes through my head is oh shit the store has been broken into. the guy told me that the middle sensor in the store has set off the alarm and has been tripped numerous times. he then asked me if there was anything in the store like banners or something that could have set it off. i was like no none that i know of. i told the guy i would go up there and investigate and call him back. he said if i want the cops to meet me up there if they aren't still there just call back. when i got to the store everything looked ok. there was no cops there but i peeked in the store and everything looked ok. so i went ahead and went into the store. the alarm was blaring so i immediatly turned it off. i called check point back after looking around and was on hold 10 minutes waiting for them to pick up. after going through the tape i didnt see anyone in the store and from the looks of it there was nothing that could have set it off. finally someone picked up and i told him everything looked ok and i didnt see what could have set it off. he told me to call facilities the next day and tell them there was possibly a faulty sensor. after getting off the phone with him i started recording again and reset the alarm. as soon as i get home and sit down i receive a call again from an unknown number. it was checkpoint again and the alarm was going off. i cut off the girl and was like i know i know the middle motion sensor is going off. she said the only way for the to quit dispatching was to have a store director or above call and setup a temp. bypass for that sensor so they wouldnt keep calliing us and dispatching. i told the girl the sd is on leave but i would try to get ahold of danielle. after i got off the phone i called danielle but couldnt get ahold of her so i left a message. i went up to the store turned off the alarm again!!! called checkpoint again!!! he let me bypass the sensor so that i could reset the system but the faulty one would be turned off in a sense. he said it would only work for tonight and after the system is disarmed the bypass would be turned off so someone would have to be sent out to fix it tomorrow, which i have to call in, and if danielle or brandy wants they could set me up as a temp. keyholder, until brandy gets back, so i could do what brandy can do. i will have to talk to her about that tomorrow if i get ahold of her. but hell her leave is just about up. oh well. good night.
