AT&T Wireless/Cingular

I think i may have found a way out of my contract early with AT&T. Here is what Cingular had to say: "To transfer your number you will purchase new service options and a new account number will be assigned. You will also de-activate your current AT&T Wireless account and receive a final bill for that account. Early termination fees will not apply. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your phone within 30 days and/or change to a different Cingular rate plan at any time. If you cancel service within 30 days, Cingular will refund your activation fee. Certain restrictions and fees apply when you initially transfer your number." I took that directly from their site. I wonder though what the certain restrictions are. Oh well I am going to have to try and find out more later.
